White + Wong’s pays homage to classic street food from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, each soul-satisfying dish using the best locally sourced produce from farmers, fishermen and niche suppliers.
A fantastic addition to the Australian food landscape, having been awarded two Chef's Hats in its native New Zealand, White + Wongs was ready to make its mark in Sydney.
Having previously collaborated with Good Group Hospitality, we were tasked with splitting the restaurant's kitchen across two levels, each featuring large terraces that open up to Martin Place and the Sydney CBD Skyline. Designed with a focus on Eastern meets Western culture, colour is heavily featured – the combination of local and international inspiration truly delivering on the brand's philosophy.
