After a decade of successful practice providing services specifically to The Pharmaceutical Guild of Australia, Meridian expanded and attracted external clients and required an office that reflected it’s new corporate culture.

OLSK was selected under a design and construction tender and partnered with PTID and ECM Group to design and construct this new way of working.

OLSK was able to deliver a turnkey solution for a highly cellular legal fitout for only $1000/m2, practically unheard of in the legal sector. This was achieved through our superior cost management techniques which included negotiating with key trades in real time and in consultation with the designers, essentially creating a situation of minimal wastage and speed.
